The 15th General Meeting was held at Shibuya Hikarie on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. The Ambassador of Slovenia to Japan, H.E. Mr. Jurij Rifelj gave an opening speech. Mr. Terui from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Mr. Shimoda from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry gave a presentation on Japan and Slovenia relations. New corporate members (Welt Corporation Co., Ltd. and Hankyu Hanshin Express Co., Ltd.) introduced their businesses. Mr. Sethna from the Slovenian-Japanese Friendship Group also greeted the participants. The secretariat made an announcement on annual financial report such as income and expense matters. The term for JSBC Director, Ms. Akari Ishii has come to an end and Mr. Simon Mandai of Gebruder Weiss K.K. took the office as the new JSBC Director. We would like to thank our former Director, Ms. Akari Ishii and Yours Corporation for their support over the past year. After the general meeting, a reception was held.
